[ Brennan's tone is wry as he leans back in his seat and watches his Bonded approach with an amused glance. He takes in the bottle and pair of glasses with a smile. ]

It's enough to celebrate all the same.

I did bring something a little more than wine, I'll have you know.

[And he doesn't just mean his bright and radiant presence, though that's certainly a part of it, as well. His smile hitches to one side as he takes a seat beside his partner, offering him a glass.]

But first, I'll pour. I'd say we've both earned it?
